Lucy is the hub: health, readiness, identity, sessions, a durable conversation runner, resumable event streaming, capability packs, child helpers, watches, MCP in both directions and a command-line client. It turns a request into a plan of named operations and feeds earlier results into later steps by reference, so the model never copies an identifier. Memory, persona and pinned account facts reach the model as separate sections whose retrieval scores are never merged.
